Poster presentation - instructions

Chair: Hans Joergen Limborg, TeamArbejdsliv, Denmark.

Posters are presented at a scheduled poster session and will be displayed at a dedicated area at the premises during the conference.

Submission of paper for poster is entirely optional - please see instructions for paper submission.

At the poster session, each presenter has approx. 5 minutes to present the poster (brief presentation of the content and results of the project).

After this, the chair person will encourage all the participants to ask further questions and to comment on the posters.

In general, posters should follow the requests below:

    ▪ Dimensions of the poster should be no larger than 
      1 m x 1.5 m.

    ▪ Tripods/frames for the posters are available in the 
      session room; however, the presenters should bring 
      their own pushpins.

    ▪ The title, author(s) and affiliation should be clearly 
      displayed on the poster

    ▪ Text and graphics should be readable from a 
      distance of 1.5 m.

    ▪ Same headings as advised for papers can be used 
    (optional):
    - Abstract
    - 5 key words
    - Introduction (problem statement and aim)
    - Approach/methods
    - Results
    - Conclusion
