Submission of abstract - instructions (closed)

In general, the abstract should follow the requests below:

    ▪ Abstracts must be submitted in English

    ▪ Abstract (excl. information about authors and final 
      key words) must not exceed 300 words

    ▪ Use font Times new Roman, size 12

    ▪ Abstract title should be bold-printed, and, excep-
      tionally, size 14  

    ▪ List author(s) with (start with name of presenter):
        ▪ initial and last name
        ▪ degrees and/or titles
        ▪ name of organisation, university or company
        ▪ city and country
        ▪ e-mail address 

    ▪ Text of the abstract should include:
        ▪ problem statement and aim
        ▪ approach/method(s) used
        ▪ results
        ▪ conclusion(s)/implication(s)

    ▪ Add up to 5 key words for the abstract/paper, bold-
      printed (concepts such as ‘working environment’ here 
      count as only one word)

    ▪
Abstracts can be presented orally (papers) at work-
      shops/parallel sessions or as posters at special 
      poster sessions. Please indicate which option you 
      prefer. 

      (Instructions for preparation of papers and posters 
      will be available at the website and forwarded to 
      authors after the acceptance of the abstract in the 
      beginning of June).


    ▪ Please mention, if your abstract/paper is intended for 
      one of the workshops on the 
list .
